Auld Lang Syne

2016 was a great year for us at Sun National Title Company. Our December has been one of the best months that we have had since we have been in business. January 2017 is shaping up to be a record breaking month for us. We want to thank all of our staff as well as our clients. We wouldn't be here without you!

We are very optimistic about the future of the real estate market in Florida. Cash is still dominating the majority of our closings. While rising interest rates are pushing hesitant home buyer's and refinance customers off of the fence. We believe that 2017 will be the best year that Florida's real estate market has seen in a very long time.

We are happy to announce that Cheryl Little has joined our team as our Relationship Manager. Cheryl has over 25 years of Mortgage and Title experience right here in Southwest Florida. Cheryl will be focused on new business development and conducting closings for her clients. We are excited to have Cheryl on board and look forward to our continued expansion in 2017.
